VT900 / Stage 2 MAX BMW G80 G82 M3 M4 G87 M2 Methanol Upgrade

This is an upgrade available to VT700 & VT800 Customers on special request

VT900 is an inhouse only package for only those interested in maximising their vehicles power. This is the maximum power we will obtain from a customers stock S58 engine (our shop car has been tested to over 1000 BHP on stock engine but we only do this for testing) The engine, gearbox & turbos are untouched instead we find power in the fuelling side of the cars tuning with this kit.

This upgrade is possible by installing a Frostbyte Methanol controller & advanced methanol system which has 3 huge benefits over 99ron fuel alone

1. Increase in fuel quality: Octane of methanol (119ron)
2. Decrease in IAT, charge temp, cylinder temp & exhaust gas temp
3. Increase in fuel system capacity (Methanol uses own nozzles for injection & has its own fuel pump) which in turns helps increase overall fuelling capabilities

Using this system combined with 99ron we achieved 800 BHP, and when combined with E50 we achieved 900 BHP running a best 100-200kph of 4.3sec, Having 800 BHP daily power & 900 BHP for racing events worked well for us. Our best 0-60mph 2.1 seconds & best 1/4 mile of 9.4 seconds.

As well as installing kit, we calibrate & map frostbyte controller for your car & create your maps on engine ECU to suite this modification. Custom gearbox tuning is required for this level of power as testing showed OTS tuning was unable to work correctly on stock gearbox with this power.
